So I’ve got a bit of an emergency situation this morning and hoping someone can help me out because I’m honestly panicking a little. My Land Cruiser has been parked in my driveway in The Meadows for about ten days while I was traveling, and when I tried to start it today to go to a really important meeting, it was completely dead. No lights, no clicking, nothing at all. I tried jump starting it with my wife’s car but it just wouldn’t hold the charge, the battery is clearly completely shot and needs replacing urgently. The problem is I’m stuck at home with a dead car and I really don’t want to have to arrange a tow truck and deal with all that hassle, especially when I’m already late for my meeting. I’ve heard there are mobile services that come to your location and do the battery replacement right there on the spot, which would be absolutely perfect for my situation. I live in The Meadows and I’d really love to find someone who offers quick Toyota battery change at your doorstep in The Meadows because I just can’t afford to waste time dealing with towing and workshops today. Has anyone here actually used a mobile battery service for their Toyota and had a good experience? How quick are they usually and do they carry the right spec batteries for Land Cruisers? I’m really stressed about this because I’ve got back to back meetings all week and I can’t be without the car. Any recommendations or advice would be hugely appreciated right now.
