There are parents paying coaches for their young snowflakes to have heroic memories as varsity players on every level of Academy athletics. I know this for a fact and it must end. This is a racket, and sadly it is so damaging to the kids who think they are at one level but they are actually at 5 levels below. But who cares? All that matters are the pictures of these helicopter parents children….Varsity Titans. Watch any Academy event and note what I am saying, so obvious. Visiting parents out loud wonder why 8th graders are playing when a contest is so close. Our athletic department is so out of control its reminiscent of the leaders losing 200 Million dollars. NONE of the the parents, except for those who want their kids to play regardless of the result, want their children involved with manipulation and false results.
